We prioritise occupational health and safety in our processes and target zero accidents and occupational disease. Dogan Yatirim defines itself as an organisation that values occupational health and safety alongside quality. To that end, we establish, implement, and continually improve an OHS management system appropriate to workplace hazards; personnel inside and outside the workplace; subcontractors; visitors; legal requirements; other conditions customers may require; and ISO 45001.

Accordingly, we assess and provide the right environment to reduce or eliminate accident and occupational disease risks; deliver necessary training; set targets for risk reduction; and inform employees about OHS requirements and objectives.
