Our responsibilities

General framework

We act knowingly regarding our responsibilities to society and stakeholders. As Dogan Yatirim Holding, our approach is to understand stakeholder expectations, act within legal and ethical boundaries, and build long-term trust.

Our legal responsibilities

Since its establishment Dogan Yatirim has not faced legal sanctions and treats full compliance with laws and regulations as a priority. We track all legal obligations, take measures to meet them, communicate them to employees, and expect compliance.

We set internal rules on human rights, employee health and safety, environmental compliance, prevention of corruption, and non-discrimination, and require employees to follow them.

Our responsibilities to customers

We serve all customers without discrimination. Our top priorities are improving quality and customer satisfaction. Customer information held by the company is protected under our confidentiality principle; we stand by customers as a solution partner when problems arise.

Contracts uphold competition principles and selection of firms on merit beyond personal ties. Agreements consider both company benefit and avoiding harm to society and the environment.

Our responsibilities to employees

We see employees as our most valuable asset. We invest effort in personal development and prioritise training. Before employment we may request health reports under confidentiality to prevent foreseeable health risks.

We promote equal opportunity—supporting experience across roles and contributions to career plans. Through dialogue and suggestion systems we review futures together and involve employees in decision processes where appropriate.

Our responsibilities to business partners

We view suppliers as key partners in our growth, quality, and customer satisfaction. As we grow we expect partners to develop with us, acting on a sustainable development strategy and accounting for impacts on society, employees, and the environment.

We expect suppliers to go beyond legal minimums in sensitivity to people and the environment. Suppliers working within our scope must follow our occupational safety and environmental rules as set out in procedures.

Our responsibilities to society and the environment

Society and human health are top priorities in how we run and grow the business. We avoid conditions that could harm society, health, or the environment, and we set goals to reduce our environmental footprint—including natural resource use, energy, and waste. We favour recyclable materials and energy-efficient products and take guidance from practices such as national and international ROHS and REACH.

Occupational health and safety is among our most sensitive topics. We expect compliance with our rules, do our utmost to provide safe workplaces, and review the topic regularly. Under social responsibility we periodically communicate goals and practices and expect employee contributions.
