We define our working methods with CSR principles and manage them together with our stakeholders. At Dogan Yatirim Holding, we treat corporate social responsibility not only as a policy statement but as part of decision-making, communication, and operations.
Integrity and reliability
Dogan Yatirim aims to be a symbol of reliability and respect toward shareholders, employees, suppliers, partners, competitors, the environment, society, and humanity. We do not accept any performance or goal that falls outside ethical, fair, and honest principles. Our people pursue company objectives in compliance with laws, national and international rules, and moral values.
Our core principle is to comply with the law alongside our business partners who enable our activities, and to adhere to national and international standards of justice and integrity. When applying these principles, we expect our employees to uphold and practise the same rules alongside our management principles.
Confidentiality
All information held within Dogan Yatirim is kept according to our confidentiality principle. These records are never shared with employees or third parties, whether legal entities or individuals. Sensitive information may only be shared where the law mandates it, and we require our employees to comply with the same rule.
Information and documents provided by the company or accessible to employees—including trade secrets, undisclosed financial data, personnel-related records, and confidential clauses in agreements with third parties—are handled within the framework of confidentiality and trade-secret protection.
Conflict of interest
Employees must avoid any situation in which they use the advantages of their position to create a conflict of interest in family or personal business outside the company.
If such a situation arises, it must be reported immediately to a line manager and Human Resources. Where unavoidable, written approval must be obtained from the manager and HR within ethical rules.
Our legal responsibilities
Since its establishment, Dogan Yatirim has not faced legal sanctions and considers full compliance with laws and regulations a top priority for as long as it operates. We track all legal obligations, take the necessary measures to fulfil them, communicate them to employees, and expect compliance.
The company sets internal rules on human rights, employee health and safety, environmental compliance, prevention of corruption, and non-discrimination on race or gender, and requires employees to follow them.
